Tiffins Delivery
Delivery mode :- Lunch - Tricycle

Lunches:
Tiffin deliveries are made daily between 11.15 am and 1.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The following is an approximate delivery schedule as to when to expect your Tiffins. Please note times are subject to change without notice and deliveries could arrive earlier than below specified times:

a. Docklands, Southbank, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne and South side of CBD (closer to Docklands):= 11.15am - 12pm.
b. St. Kilda Road and Rest of the CBD:= 12pm - 1.15pm
c. East Melbourne, North Melbourne, West Melbourne:= 12.30pm - 1.30pm
d. Other suburbs outside delivery area:= Will depend on location.

Tiffin will be picked up on the same delivery day between 1.45 pm and 3.45 pm.
Please ensure you eat your Tiffin within 2 hours of delivery.

Deliveries are usually made at the reception or a floor where delivery person has access to. Please provide your mobile and/or land line number so we can call you if there is an issue during a delivery. Please be considerate to other Tiffins customers and pick up your lunch from the delivery person as soon as they arrive.

Food Packaging Containers:
a. Disposable Tiffin – You can take food home and not worry about eating it quickly because we won’t pick them up.
b. Standard Tiffin – Tiffins will be picked up on the same day between 1.45pm - 3.45pm. Please ensure you eat your Tiffin within 2 hours of delivery.

Payment Methods:

Direct Credit (preferred method):
Deposit funds directly into the Tiffins amount using internet banking. Account information will be provided upon submission of your order.

Cash:
All cash payments to be the exact dollar amount (NO CHANGE GIVEN) and enclosed in an envelope with your name. You can leave the envelope at reception or personally hand it to our delivery staff during delivery.

Credit card:
You can process your payment online via PayPal, a secure payment system as soon as you have finalised your order.

Do's and DONT's:
Once you have finished your lunch, we ask that you please screw together each individual Tiffin containers so that it is stacked in the same way it was received.
There is no obligation to wash/rinse the Tiffin once finished, as all our Tiffin undergo industrial-level cleaning upon return. Tiffin containers should NOT BE PLACED IN MICROWAVES OR OVENS, as they will melt/catch fire.
